I would like to downgrade my private region from 30K prims to 20K prims.

Once a full private region has had their prim count increased to 30,000 from the standard 20,000, some land owners may find that they wish to revert their region back to the standard 20,000 prims. This service incurs a fee of $30.00 at the time the service is performed. This change will also decrease the monthly maintenance fee for the region to the standard rate for its type.

Please be sure your region has fewer than 20,000 objects on it when you submit your ticket. It's often safer to target an object count of around 19,000 to reduce the risk that content might be returned or the request delayed while we ensure your region will not have too many objects to safely be returned to the standard 20,000 land impact capacity. If there are too many objects in the region when it is returned to standard, content will be returned somewhat randomly to bring the total objects back to the limit (which can be very disruptive!).

Please note: This service is only available for full private regions. Mainland regions and homestead or openspace regions are not eligible for land impact changes.

To request this service please submit a support ticket of the type Land & Region and choose Land Impact Change Request from the second dropdown.

Although land impact change requests are generally resolved much quicker, please allow 5-10 business days to complete this request.
