I need to change the payment date for my membership or private region.

If you have a payment that may only temporarily be late, we offer an automatic 30 day grace period for any past due payments and we do not charge any late payment fees during this period! As such, as long as you resolve any past due balance within 30 days from the payment due date you will not see any interruption in service for either your region or your account.


If you would like your billing date changed on a more permanent basis, we are happy to help. Please feel free to submit a support ticket under the type Billing, and choose Other Billing Issues from the second drop down.
