I would like to change the payment date for my private region!
We are very sorry, but we are unable to adjust the payment dates for private regions. This is because they are billed every 30 days and we are unable to prorate these payments to adjust for payment date changes.
However, we do offer a 30 day grace period for any past due payments, and we do not charge any late payment fees during this period! As such, as long as you resolve any past due balance within 30 days from the payment due date you will not see any interruption in service for either your region or your account.
