What is the Solutions Center?
As you may have noticed, our new Support Portal has the additional feature of the Solutions Center. The Solutions Center has been added as a conveniently located resource to address some of the most common issues and/or questions about Second Life!
Ok, so how is this different from the Knowledge Base?
The Solutions Center and the Knowledge Base are not so different. Many of our Solutions Center articles are more concise and specific, but come directly form our Knowledge Base articles. You will frequently see this noted at the top of the Solutions Center articles, with a link that navigates directly to the Knowledge Base source material. Additionally, the Knowledge Base is much more broad and in depth, and you may be able to find information there that is not included in the Solutions Center articles!
