When I try to reactivate my account or reset my password at SecondLife.com, a blank page loads after I submit my information

Some of our Residents have reported that a blank web page loads when they attempt to reactivate their account or reset their password on the Second Life website using the Forgot Your Login Information? link, preventing them from reactivating their account or resetting their password.
